DIY Auto Labs, or Auto Repair Shop here and below, provides auto repair advisory and educational services, Do-It-Yourself (DIY) auto repair resources in the San Jose and SF Bay Area. Our DIY Auto Services encompass on-site instruction, access to auto repair tools, car lifts, and more. The following DIY Auto Services Terms and Conditions apply:

• Service Rights: Auto Repair Shop reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion.
• Refund Policy: If Auto Repair Shop is unable to provide the agreed service or tool availability at the designated time, all fees and deposits will be refunded in full. Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds for payments made by check or cash. Should you cancel your reservation 7 or more business days prior to the first day of the scheduled service, you will receive a 100% refund. Deposit refunds are not available for cancellations made less than 7 business days before the service start time.
• Appointment Policy: Auto Repair Shop reserves the right to alter appointment times, dates, and bays without prior notice. Deposits paid will be applied to the final invoice at Auto Repair Shop for the scheduled appointment. Your appointment duration is defined by booked service type but can't span beyond the Auto Repair Shop normal hours of operation.
• Cancellation Policy: Deposits are forfeit if appointments are cancelled or unattended. Rescheduling is permitted given 24 hours prior notice.
• Warranties and Guarantees: Auto Repair Shop does not provide any warranties, either express or implied, and offers no guarantees for any services booked.
• Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to book an appointment. Anyone entering the garage area, including accompanying individuals, must complete a liability waiver. Minors must have an additional parental consent signed.
• Vehicle Ownership: Proof of ownership may be required for the vehicle being serviced.
• Safety Regulations: Closed-toe footwear must be worn in the garage at all times.
• Billing Policy: For longer term projects extending beyond one week, interim payments towards the final invoice may be required at the end of each week.
• There is a zero tolerance policy for alcohol or marijuana use while using the shop. Contained food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed. If you are drinking alcohol anywhere on the premises you will be asked to pack up and leave, it may also result in service cancelation, no refund will be available in this case.
• Compliance: Failure to comply with these terms will result in forfeiture of your deposit and appointment.
• Changes to Terms: Auto Repair Shop reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without notice.
